The Rural Ministry Training Track (RMTT) was designed by rural practitioners for rural leaders. Our team understands the challenges and opportunities found in rural settings and we fashion assignments that are informed by your context. Our heart is to provide practical tools, strategies, and relationships that will increase your confidence and capacity for ministry.
Yes. In addition to online coursework, some professors will schedule virtual cohorts. We know relationships are pivotal for thriving in ministry.
Students should expect to invest 3-6 hours per week for each class. Many assignments will be hands-on to provide immediate impact.
You are welcome to register for courses! The skills gained through the specialty-specific courses can be contextualized to any setting.
You may register for one or two courses per term, and terms are seven weeks long. The entire track can be completed in under a year.
