Financial Aid

Sometimes the cost of funding a college education appears to be overwhelming. Trinity provides a generous financial assistance package for students based upon academic history, community involvement, church involvement and much more. To be eligible for this program, all you need to do is complete an Application for Admission.

Note that Trinity scholarships and grants are only a partial view of your overall financial aid package. They are a starting point. There are a variety of other opportunities that every student should consider, including Federal or State funded financial aid. To be eligible for Federal Financial assistance you must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Click Here to apply for FAFSA.

Attention all Students: Beginning with the Fall 2010 semester, all Stafford Loans will be processed through the William D Ford Federal Direct Loan Program. This means all students using Stafford Loan funds must complete Stafford Entrance Loan Counseling and a new Stafford Master Promissory Note this summer. You must complete the entire counseling session, answer all the questions, click on the link at the end to view the Loan Borrower’s Rights and Responsibilities, and then click on submit. You will know that you have successfully completed the session when you see a page that says: “Congratulations! You have successfully completed Entrance Counseling for the Direct Loan Sub/Unsub/Perkins Loan Type.” You must sign in using your Social Security number and the PIN number you used for filling out your FAFSA. Once you are singed in, click the link in the middle section that says ‘Complete Entrance Counseling’ Here is the link: https://studentloans.gov/myDirectLoan/index.action
