About
Ralph has been in ministry for the past 30 years, serving the local church in various roles and ministry locations. During this time, he has seen the need for ministers to be equipped for the complexed challenges of ministry. This value for training combined with his Pentecostal background has led to a focus on the Holy Spirit with implications for ministry. His studies have included the eschatological implications of John’s pneumatology, and the role of the Holy Spirit in reconciliation. Ralph is married to Kirstin, a registered nurse who shares his passion for the local church and ministry. Together they have two adult sons, Joel and Timothy. Ralph is currently serving as the lead pastor for a new church start in Houston, Texas.
