About
I am from the southern part of Ghana, but I’ve been living and working in the north with my wife, Juliana, and our three children. I am the Country Director and Medical Volunteer Coordinator for the George Faile Foundation. Francis began participating in ministry training three decades ago and is currently serving as a lead pastor at the Teanoba Baptist Church.
Dr. Ackom graduated from Carolina University with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Leadership, emphasizing Ministry Administration. His dissertation focused on: A Qualitative Phenomenological Study of the Leadership Practices of Youth Ministries in the Baptist Churches of Ghana. I am passionate about training leaders and students to learn more about themselves while honing their leadership skills to be more effective leaders through innovative educational approaches. Dr. Ackom is a member of the Ghana Baptist Convention’s Medical Services Council board of directors.
Dr. Ackom is honored to be a PhD dissertation supervisor and adjunct lecturer in the Adjunct Faculty at Trinity Bible College and Graduate School (TBC&GS). Having answered God’s call to teach in this capacity, he fosters connections and guides PhD candidates through the dissertation process, assisting them in relating leadership theory to real-life application.
