Staff
- Job Title: Cafeteria Staff
- Job Description: Cleaning the kitchen and cafeteria areas, this consists of sweeping, mopping, wiping tables and counters, washing dishes, and cleaning some large equipment. Serving students as well as staff and faculty, cutting fruits and vegetables, prepping meals, assisting the manager as needed. Refilling napkins, silverware, plasticware, plates, cups, desserts, etc.. Working with a team. Supervising student workers. Cook occasional meals. Check-in and put away trucks.

- Job Qualifications or Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Job Title: Director of Enrollment
Job Description: The Director of Enrollment plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the enrollment process within Trinity Bible College and Graduate School. This position requires a blend of strategic planning, team leadership, and data analysis skills to ensure the achievement of enrollment goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications or Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in marketing, business administration, leadership, sales, or other relevant field.
Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications, director level with full benefit package.

Job Title: Enrollment Counselor / Recruiter
Job Description: As a member of the Enrollment team, this position focuses on the recruitment and enrollment of students at all levels to Trinity Bible College and Graduate School. Travel to events, conventions, camps, college fairs, and other places to represent the college and meet face to face with potential students. Responsible for recruitment of students for the residential undergraduate, graduate, and online programs, but primarily focused on students for the traditional residential undergraduate programs. Also responsible for walking interested students through the application and enrollment process.
Job Type: Full Time
Job Qualifications or Requirements: 4-year degree and experience working with college age students are required. Experience in sales or recruitment is desired, but not required.
Compensation: Based on experience starting at $15/hour. All travel expenses paid for required trips. Eligible for full benefit package including healthcare, retirement match, paid time off, and others.

Job Title: Head Volleyball Coach
Job Description: Lead collegiate women’s volleyball program by recruiting, planning practice, mentoring players, building schedules, and working with Athletic Director to ensure the program growth.
Job Type: Part Time
Job Qualifications: Knowledge of volleyball principles and skills and desire to serve in Christian environment. Previous coaching experience desired, but not required.
Compensation: Stipend for season and recruiting responsibilities. Depending on experience. Can be combined with other roles on campus.
