DE Financial Aid
Sometimes the cost of funding a college education appears to be overwhelming. Trinity DE provides multiple tuition waivers for students, with a generous cap of $100 off per credit!
To determine your eligibility for these discounts, please complete and return a TUITION WAIVER APPLICATION.
Note that Trinity DE tuition waivers are only a portion of your overall financial aid package. They are a starting point. There are a variety of other opportunities that every student should consider, including Federal or State funded financial aid. To be eligible for Federal Assistance you must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Click Here to apply for FAFSA. Trinity’s school code is 012059.
Attention all Students: Stafford Loans will be processed through the William D Ford Federal Direct Loan Program. All students using Stafford Loan funds must complete Direct Loan Entrance Counseling and complete a Master Promissory Note. To complete the Entrance Counseling, please click on the link provided below. The Entrance Counseling should take you around 20-30 minutes to complete. You must complete the entire counseling session, answer all the questions, click on the link at the end to view the Loan Borrower’s Rights and Responsibilities, and then click on submit. You will know that you have successfully completed the session when you see a page that says: “Congratulations! You have successfully completed Entrance Counseling for the Direct Loan Sub/Unsub/Perkins Loan Type.” You must sign in using your Social Security number and the PIN number you used for filling out your FAFSA. Once you are signed in, click the link in the middle section that says ‘Complete Entrance Counseling’
Here is the link: https://studentloans.gov/myDirectLoan/index.action
After you complete the Entrance Counseling you will need to complete the Master Promissory Note. You will sign the note electronically using the same PIN number you used to sign your FAFSA. The link to the website is the same as above: https://studentloans.gov/myDirectLoan/index.action Again, you would sign in using your Social Security number, the first two digits of your last name, and the FAFSA PIN number. Once signed in you will see the link to ‘Complete Master Promissory Note’.
Trinity Assistance and Federal Financial Aid may not always be quite enough to cover the costs of attending college. Additional funding may be found in the form of an Alternative Educational loan.
