The Trinity Bible College has flexed its muscles over its NIAC Conference opponents the last four seasons, as they have won back to back to back to back conference championships. The Lady Lions won the first of the four in 2010 and have repeated each year since. Following their win the conference gave out their All-Conference awards. The Lady Lions had three make All-Conference and one make Honorable Mention. Junior Kayla Droste was named NIAC Honorable Mention, while senior Shianne Montgomery and junior Kylie Flemmer both were named NIAC All-Conference. Senior Treva Nutter took home the NIAC Conference Play of the Year award for the second straight season. Coach Rachael Nowell also got honored as NIAC Coach of the Year for the third straight year.
